G.I.V.E. & Gather: Building Stronger Small Business & Nonprofit Partnerships

G.I.V.E. & Gather: Building Stronger Small Business & Nonprofit Partnerships (Panel and Speed Networking)

How can small businesses and nonprofits form partnerships that truly work? Join us for GIVE & Gather, a quarterly event designed to foster meaningful, strategic collaborations between Charlotte-area nonprofits and small businesses.

Hosted by G.I.V.E., the nonprofit service initiative within Network Build Grow, and sponsored by Coffee Republic, this event provides a space to learn, connect, and explore partnerships that benefit both businesses and the causes they support.

What to Expect:

Panel Discussion (20 min) – Hear from event panelists, leaders from both small business and nonprofit sectors, as they share insights on building partnerships that are intentional, impactful, and mutually beneficial.
Q&A (10 min) – Gain expert advice on best practices, common pitfalls, and how to align efforts for greater impact.
Speed Networking (30 min) – Connect with potential partners in a structured, no-pressure environment to lay the foundation for future collaboration.

What Does “No Solicitation” Mean?

This is a networking and learning event, not a fundraising or sales event. Attendees should focus on building relationships, not on asking for donations, sponsorships, or volunteer commitments on the spot. The goal is to connect first—partnerships can grow naturally beyond this event.

Why Attend?

Discover how businesses and nonprofits can collaborate effectively.
Learn what makes partnerships successful and how to avoid common mistakes.
Meet mission-aligned partners and create connections that lead to meaningful impact.
