G.I.V.E. Member Submitted Event: Walk for Blind Independence
Join NBG Member Laurie Necasek for a walk in the woods!
The Walk is not only a fundraising event, but also a CELEBRATION of the entire community coming together to improve the lives of people who are blind and visually impaired promoting independence.
Come make a difference! By participating in this event, you support; accessible devices that are needed for the creation of blind friendly jobs at Lions Services!
Afterwards stay and enjoy the day at the White-Water Center! Participants and volunteers will have access to 3 Pavilions during the walk and immediately after with music and giveaways. (Whitewater Center activities are not included in walk registration)
The recreational 3K walk is un-timed. The race is for EVERYONE to participate.
