Join us in October for a panel of experts that will share their knowledge and experience to show us the importance of the YOU in your business.

We all are being pulled in a million different directions every moment of every day, and the last thing on our to-do list is usually ourselves. We take care of our clients, our families, our friends, our marketing, our books, our this-n-that.

When do you get to take care of YOU…we know it is important. We know self-care, less stress, mindfulness, good nutrition and ampel sleep play an important role in our lives. But reality is that there are things that need to get done!

Here is the kicker…everything will get done (and probably with better results) if we take the time to take care of ourselves.

We can’t solve problems if our mind is not in the right place or our stress is affecting our decision making. 

The panelists will show us how to quiet our inner critic, reduce stress, feed our minds with positivity, and accept new opportunities with open arms (and minds).

We will see the connection between mind and body and how to fuel it with words and simple nutrition ideas to increase your energy and mental clarity so you can get more done AND enjoy it all along the way.

We all know that if we don’t take care of ourselves, and our minds, we make poor choices and don’t reach our full potential in life, personal or professional.  We squander opportunities and never reach our best selves…or reach our highest capacity.
