Accountability Lab

We are a group of focused, committed, high-achieving entrepreneurs that crave a little camaraderie as we grow our businesses.

We meet on ZOOM for our LAB sessions on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month

9:30 – quick chat about what we want to be help accountable to…and then the remainder of the time (till 11 am) we will be on ZOOM – muted – and getting the work accomplished!

How we hold each other accountable: 

1. Add your goals into the NBG Accountability spreadsheet by Monday at 5 PM EST. Check off completed goals by Friday at 5 PM EST. 
2. Include tasks that will help you move forward within your business, not just client work. 
3. Join us for bi-weekly check-ins to discuss your weekly tasks and accomplishments so we can all support each other as we crush our dreams. If you have a little extra time, stick around for a working-zoom where we specifically work on spreadsheet tasks.
4. Every quarter we will announce an Accountability All-Star — the member with the most completed tasks. That member will also win a prize!

This event is open to all NBG members in any industry.
