Earned media in the social media space refers to the attention a brand received and reflects the brand’s reputation. It’s important to have a multi-faceted strategy and take into account PR and podcating as well. Combining these with a social media strategy can amplify earned media by expanding he channels through which a brand’s message is shared and discussed. By strategically aligning PR and podcasting with social media efforts, brands can create a holistic approach that maximized reach, engagement, and the generation of authentic, earned media.

A key component in the earned media landscape is public relations, PR works hand in hand with social media and podcasts to help build credibility as a thought leader, drive awareness, and increase leads and sales to help grow your business. A focused PR approach will consist of media outreach with strategic pitching, collaborations, and a mix of events, social, and podcasts to ensure that you’re axi, ixing your exposure to key audiences.
